A word from the president of R.E.E.F., Mr. Jeff Schultz.

Dear Friends of R.E.E.F.,

First, I want to thank you for support of the Rockton Elementary Education Foundation. Without the support of our community and merchants we could not do what we do. R.E.E.F. was started in 1992 for the benefit of education in Rockton. Since that time we have given over $300,000 to help in the education of our kids. Most of that has been in grants of $1500 or less.

You should know that the money that is given to R.E.E.F. is well cared for by our board. We do all the work. We don’t hire anyone, all the money we take in either goes to grants or into our investments which are all in insured CD’s.

The greatest thing that you can take with you is that the grants that we have given give our children options in their education that may help open their minds to education in a new way that may change their life forever. If that little thing we do for an educator can inspire them to inspire a young mind we have done our job as parents, educators, and community members for the future.

Thank you

Jeff Schultz
